HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator

Tosi is looking for a hands-on HR Coordinator or HR Specialist to join our HR team in Espoo or Tampere. You will ensure smooth HR operations, from payroll and documentation to onboarding and employee support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, at least 2 years of experience, and fluency in Finnish and English. This is a full-time permanent position with a focus on innovative culture and work-life balance.
