We are looking for an HR professional passionate about operations, employee experience, and customer service to join our team at IDEMIA.

In this role, you will support HR operations and onboarding processes for the U.S. market, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless candidate and employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.

What you’ll do:

• Manage employee data and HR documentation in HR systems
• Support onboarding activities, payroll-related processes, and compliance
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence
• Generate HR reports and support audits and process improvements
• Deliver outstanding support to candidates and internal stakeholders
