Job Description

HR Operations & Shared Services Responsibilities

Work as HR Ops Administrator in Shared Services HR operations, supporting global HR data processes and transactions. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within UKG systems. Work on HR tickets and workflow requests through ServiceNow (HRSD). Support employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, and terminations in HRIS. Participate in data audits, reporting validation, and correction activities. Ensure adherence to global data standards for coding in UKG during hiring process. Support bulk data updates through HRIS import tools where required. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and local HR teams to resolve data discrepancies. Provide analytical support by identifying data trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
