Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Associate HR Partner, based in Mexico City.

Overview: The HR Partner brings value to the organization by aligning HR priorities with business objectives. Responsible for supporting site regional people & culture priorities, union relationships, talent management, compliance with local legislation, and acting as an HR ambassador.

Responsibilities Represent HR at the North Region Leadership Team and the Crisis Management Team. Understand the businesses and use operational insight to inform HR decisions. Provide HR support at sites and partner with client groups to: Identify and address talent and organizational needs. Ensure the people agenda aligns with corporate programs and local labor relations. Facilitate leadership development and talent management initiatives. Coach leaders on Employee Relations topics such as Employee Review Meeting (ERM) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
