HR Payroll Specialist

Overview

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for payroll operations and key human resources administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience while working with local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for local and expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payment.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll records and reports.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance programs (SCTR, EPS, FOLA, Vida Ley) and payments to related suppliers.
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding, including final settlements and required HR documents
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with labor regulations
