**Job Description Summary**
As Plant HR Generalist, you will be providing support to the site HR Leader and to the client HRM’s on daily HR activities. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Support the implementation and the correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, processes staffing and organization
+ Follow research and selection activities with a particular focus on technical and production profiles, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and external suppliers
