We are looking for an HR Plant Lead who will meaningfully contribute as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our plant in Monterrey, Mexico.
You will work with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team in defining short‑term and long‑term organizational needs and solutions in employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation.
The HR Plant Lead will report directly to the HRBP Mexico and have responsibility for developing the onsite HRG, and will partner with HR Services and HR CoEs to deliver the full value of HR to the business.
