Key Responsibilities:
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles across the organization
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
+ Create and post job ads, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates
+ Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
+ Track metrics and report on recruiting activities to inform HR strategy
+ Maintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policies
