HR & Recruiting Specialist

Description We are looking for an HR & Recruiting Specialist to join our team on a Contract basis. This role is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage hiring activity from initial outreach through offer coordination while also supporting key HR operations. The position requires someone who can balance urgent staffing needs, deliver a strong candidate experience, and maintain organized processes across recruiting and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts by sourcing talent, reviewing applicants, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews and offer steps in partnership with HR leadership.
