The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting and managing the centralized hiring process across multiple departments or business units. This role ensures a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience by coordinating sourcing, screening, and hiring activities in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• With experience in detailed end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactive and resourceful
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and time management skills
