Daily Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, extracting, analyzing, visualizing, and delivering HR employee data and reporting results within the agreed timelines as well as developing new insights for specialized initiatives from our SAP HRIS system. The position is a blend of SAP functional knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in distributing insights across the bank.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP information systems and ability to conceptualize multiple links to different tables to create custom-curated reports for our stakeholders across HR and the bank.
- Run, verify, and dispatch scheduled reports which may involve automated builds for SAP results via Python, Rundeck, Stonebranch, and other potential automated solutions.
