Job Description
This role utilizes concierge service to manage a high-volume range of HR requests, emphasizing operational excellence and delivering prompt, accurate assistance to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies across selected channels.
- Resolve or escalation requests and partner with HR Service Center team members to troubleshoot and ensure resolution of all requests.
- Identify roadblocks to quality customer service or Service Center processes, share insights, and propose improvements with management.
- Meet or exceed schedule adherence and reliability standards.
- Demonstrate a customer‑service attitude along with strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to listen and interpret customer inquiries.
