**Welcome to Love's:** The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service for applicants, managers, and other departments in regards to the HR systems and software. This includes documenting and escalating issues as necessary. This is a contact center position, and so the position will use phone, email, and chat to provide customer service support.
