HR Services Specialist, Barcelona

About the Role

The HR Specialist provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Company’s Human Resources Business Partners and HR Generalists while also partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Experience) to manage and perform operational needs of HR programs and initiatives. Applicant must live in Barcelona, Spain.

What You’ll Do

• Manage overall off-boarding process for exiting employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters and investigations.
• Provide support to HRBPs for strategic year-round HR related programs and initiatives.
• Provide case management and resolution of tier 2 inquiries for assigned client groups.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports or dashboards for baseline analysis.
• Partner with HRBP to prepare presentations/meetings conveying HR related initiatives.
