HR Specialist (12 Months Contract)

Fragomen Philippines is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to join our APAC HR team. This 12 months contract role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with employee engagement, compliance, and stakeholder partnership.

As a key member of the HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle, drive engagement initiatives, manage HR operations, coordinate payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will work closely with employees, managers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
