A leading multinational organization is seeking a seasoned HR professional for an immediate, fixed-term 12-month contract role based in Dubai with the strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who has the mindset of an HR Business Partner but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves for the operational legwork – think payroll, end‑of‑service calculations, document coordination, system management, and everything in between.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading payroll administration, final settlements & end‑of‑service processing
- Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts & renewals
- Handling leave management, benefits administration & HR system maintenance (Workday experience is a plus)
