Placement Reviews the manpower requisitions to ensure validity of job opening.Conceptualizes and posts job advertisements to newspapers and on-line job posting firms.Sources prospective applicants through referrals, on-line and newspaper job posting, active file and manpower agencies.Filters the applicants through their application documents.Sets aside the other application for future reference. 2.
