We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. This role will help ensure a positive employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR operations and organizational goals.


Responsibilities

+ Administer benefits and open enrollment support

+ Maintain HR compliance records

+ Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling

+ Support training and performance processes


Requirements

+ 3+ years of HR experience

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills

+ HRIS proficiency
