HR Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities & Objectives: Responsible for daily operations of overseas HR services, ensuring efficient execution of global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and international assignments. Standardize and document overseas HR processes, continuously optimize related manuals to ensure consistency and compliance with local regulations across different countries/regions. Act as a liaison between headquarters and overseas HR/business teams to coordinate and resolve employee inquiries and urgent issues. Regularly follow up on service satisfaction and business needs related to overseas HR operations to improve Shared Service Center (SSC) performance. Introduce automation tools (e.g., RPA) to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of SSC services.
