HR Student (Mississauga)

Overview

Hatch is seeking an HR Co‑op Student for a 4‑month internship beginning January 2026. The role reports to the HR Service Centre Lead and is based at the Mississauga Head Office. The internship offers an opportunity to support global HR operations, apply academic learning, and collaborate with teams locally and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Support various HR generalist activities, including new‑hire file creation and onboarding
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics, and review HR programs and processes
• Create reports and maintain databases related to HR functions
• Respond to day‑to‑day employee requests and maintain data in the HR Information System
• Support payroll administration duties on an as‑needed basis and perform other administrative duties as assigned
