Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall human resources strategy for Cementation Mining Mexico (CMM). Human Resources is responsible for strategic implementation and oversight of all HR programs in alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage the HR support team at the current Mexico site(s)
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
