Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and off-boarding
- Oversee and streamline HR processes and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Monitor and maintain employee records and data
- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed
