The HR Systems (HRIS) Senior Analyst plays a critical role in enabling a scalable, compliant, and high-performing HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on **Benefits** . This role partners closely with Benefits, HR, and IT leaders to optimize business processes, enhance system capabilities, and ensure data integrity across enterprise HR platforms.
Acting as a technical subject-matter expert, the Senior Analyst drives system configuration, testing, and integrations, as well as continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience. The role also supports ongoing operations while contributing to long-term HR technology strategy, roadmap planning, and enterprise initiatives.
