Functional Experience

• Core HR Journeys – Mandatory
• Absence Management – Mandatory
• Time and Labor – Good to Have

Technical Experience

• BI Publisher (BIP) – Mandatory
• OTBI – Mandatory

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with focus on Core HR Journeys and Absence Management.
