HR Training & Development Specialist

Job Requirements

• Graduate in the degree of Psychology or any 4 year course
• At least 15 years of exprience in Training & Development
• Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)
• With good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conducts traning needs analysis and competency mapping of the organization's workforce in order to identify skills gaps.
• Develop trainig and development programs to recommend appropriate actions for trainibg activities.
• Develops and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to meet employee needs
• Assesses the effectivness of training programs and makes adjustments based on organizational needs to measure training success.
