Job Purpose

• To lead and manage the Property Compliance Service within the Housing Directorate, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met across the Council’s property portfolio. This role is crucial for safeguarding residents, assets, and the Council’s reputation by maintaining full compliance with legislation, government policies, and best practice standards.

Key Duties/Accountabilities
