Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as documentation, filing, and simple reports

Support HR-related functions including employee records, attendance monitoring, and coordination

Prepare and organize documents, forms, and reports

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Perform field work when required (banks, government offices, deliveries, errands)

Support other departments and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed



Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (HR/Psychology)

Background or experience in human resources is an advantage

Willing and able to perform field work when required

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Flexible and willing to handle all-around tasks

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
