HRBP - Dubai (Jafza) Manufacturing Exp Is A Must (Female only)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with JAFZA manufacturing business goals focusing on talent acquisition and retention
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the manufacturing unit from onboarding to exit ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback to enhance employee productivity within the manufacturing environment
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment in the JAFZA factory

Qualifications

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Holds relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD, demonstrating professional HR expertise.
