Job Description
A great HRBP role for a globally matrixed insurance firm based in the City is now available. This HRBP role will be looking after business areas of circa 350 employees predominantly based in London. Of these 350 you will work as a partner with the leadership teams of a number of business lines within the company as well as reporting directly to the Head of HR.
The role will focus on providing top quality HR partnership, guidance and support to this group across the HR lifecycle, helping them achieve their business goal through commercially focused solutions. It will work with London HR and also interact with international colleagues to provide pragmatic, creative and sensible HR solutions and guidance. Additionally there are a variety of meaty projects to get stuck into, the more the merrier.
