An established high growth e-commerce startup is looking to hire an HRBP Leader to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategy across large-scale field and sales operations.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who excel in high-growth environments, enjoy solving complex workforce challenges, and are passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening employee experience, and enabling business success through strategic HR interventions.

Please note this role will handle supply chain operations folks and handle headcount of 5K+. So this needs someone who has seen scale, has handled field sales or supply chain operations large workforce either in an ecommerce setup or FMCG. Startup experience is a MUST HAVE.
