Job Description
- Implement HR business processes in assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, customer requirements, and available resources
- Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams to address employee concerns and suggestions for proper resolution
- Ensure supervisors, managers, and employees are fully informed and understand HRBP-related policies, guidelines, principles, and practices
- Process, respond to, and close grievances from handled accounts to prevent labor and legal issues
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in Labor & Compliance, Employee Relations, or Industrial Relations
- Strong business acumen - ability to understand organizational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned at Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas
