HRD Practitioner POSITION INFO:
Our client in the PGM industry is seeking a driven and experienced HRD Practitioner to join their team in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HRD legislation, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting organisational skills development within a heavy industrial environment. Minimum Requirements:
• HRD or HR-related National Diploma or Degree
• Minimum 3 years HRD experience within a PGM environment
• Experience with training administration, reporting, and development programme coordination
• Computer literate
• Medically fit and prepared to work standby
