Job Summary: New London High School Athletics Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated High School Girls Basketball Head Coach to lead our program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering the athletic and personal development of student-athletes. The coach will be responsible for planning and executing practices, organizing competitions, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the basketball team, including daily practices, conditioning, and skill development.
