Job Description:
HSE Advisory & Compliance
Advise departments and contractors on HSE matters to ensure full compliance with HSE regulatory and company HSEMS standards.
Participate in HSE risk assessments and report reviews, ensuring accurate risk evaluation and adoption of recommended controls.
Lead regular HSE inspections to ensure risks are managed to ALARP levels.
Safety Coaching & Performance Excellence (PERFEX)
Deliver on-site coaching to rig crews and safety personnel on PERFEX Program for Wells Operations.
Conduct shore based PERFEX foundation workshops and refresher sessions to address gaps.
Develop offshore Crew engagement plans and sustainability strategies for continuous performance improvement.
Provide coaching to enhance supervisory skills, promote effective leadership, and strengthen intervention capabilities.
