Job Title: HSE Executive

Job Description & Requirements

• Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions
• Analyse areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance
• Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices
• Conduct monthly HSE inspection and present the findings to all stakeholders
• Conduct incident investigation
• Develop an action plan based on best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions
• Develop measures to enhance organisational awareness of environmental protection
• Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements
• Facilitate monthly safety committee meeting
• Maintain QHSE documentation such as incident report, legal register, risk assessment
