Job Description
- Hands on approach to safety - driving influence across management groups on sites
- Coaching and supporting sites on WHS issues
- Developing in-house training materials
- Ensure correct and effective use of safety database (Assura) for AU
- Retaining ISO45001 certification (Brisbane site)
- Influencing safety culture across all functions of the AU business
