Job Description

The HSE Manager will lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) frameworks across the PDMC team, ensuring that safety considerations are embedded throughout the design review, coordination, and integration processes.

This role plays a key part in promoting a proactive safety culture across a complex, highly interfaced infrastructure programme, ensuring that design-for-safety principles, operational constraints, and regulatory expectations are fully addressed.

Key Responsibilities

1. HSE Framework & Governance

  • Establish and manage the HSE framework applicable to all PDMC activities, aligned with project requirements and Hong Kong regulatory standards
  • Define HSE processes, reporting mechanisms, and assurance protocols for design reviews, coordination activities, and site interface engagements
  • Ensure alignment with client and authority expectations in a highly regulated project environment
