Title: Health and Safety Manager – temporary, contract based, on‐site.
Overview
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will lead and coordinate health, safety, hygiene, and environmental programs across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead health, safety, and hygiene initiatives within the plant to strengthen prevention practices and ensure compliance.
Develop, update, and implement EHS policies, procedures, manuals, and protocols.
Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Manage contractor safety activities.
Conduct regular inspections, verify safe conditions, and follow up on action plans.
Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and drills.
Supervise PPE use and maintenance.
Prepare reports, statistics, and KPIs.
