Job Description
The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
The role will drive the organization's safety culture, ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements, and support operational excellence through proactive risk management, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with plant management, department heads, and employees, the Safety Manager will lead all HSE programs and initiatives while fostering a culture where safety is embedded in daily operations and decision-making. The role also serves as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and the Sport Group Regional HSE function.
