HSE Manager (Ref.No. R ) – Maynila, Philippines (On‑Site) – Hitachi Rail

Responsibilities

• Report to APAC HSE Director regarding the status of HSE matters on the project sites and report any non‑compliance with any Safety and Environmental issues.
• Advise the management on legal and contractual requirements affecting the health and welfare of the workers.
• Liaise with HSE Consultants, Subcontractors, Government Officials, Medical services, and Professional Bodies.
• Accompany the consortium, Government Officials, and/or Client on a site visit and follow up on their recommendations.
• Prepare the Health, Safety, Environmental related plan and/or procedures.
• Prepare audit plans, training plan/matrix, and schedule annual drills.
• Review subcontractors’ Health Safety plan and/or procedures.
