Responsibilities
- Report to APAC HSE Director regarding the status of HSE matters on project sites and report any non‑compliance with safety and environmental issues.
- Advise management on legal and contractual requirements affecting the health and welfare of workers.
- Liaise with HSE consultants, subcontractors, government officials, medical services, and professional bodies.
- Accompany consortium, government officials, and/or client on a site visit and follow up on their recommendations.
- Prepare the health, safety, environmental (HSE) plan and procedures.
- Prepare audit plans, training plan/matrix, and schedule annual drills.
