Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on‑site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections.
- Identify hazards and ensure proper risk assessments and control measures are in place.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and safety inductions for workers and staff.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident reports, and safety records.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near‑misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority safety regulations and company policies.
