Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE inductions for site personnel and visitors.
- Perform regular HSE inspections of work areas, equipment, and work methods as per project HSE requirements.
- Organize and conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions.
- Monitor workplaces to ensure compliance with HSE standards and stop unsafe acts or unsafe conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices at project sites.
- Support and coordinate implementation of Permit‑to‑Work systems.
- Participate in investigation of accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct fire drills and ensure procurement, inspection, and maintenance of fire extinguishers and emergency equipment.
- Maintain all HSE‑related documentation, reports, and records.
- Report HSE performance and site safety status to the HSE Engineer or Project Management team.
