HSE Specialist - Southern Region (Retail)

Lotus's Malaysia is seeking a Health and Safety Officer in Johor Bahru to provide Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability support across retail operations. In this role, you will conduct risk assessments, develop safety improvement plans, and lead accident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Safety & Health with 1–3 years of experience, a valid SHO certification, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
