Job Description
HSE Technician
- Implementation of periodic inspections in different areas of the site to ensure monitoring and effectiveness of compliance with legal requirements regarding Occupational Health, Safety and Environment by the departments, and detection of improvement opportunities with coaching to the areas in terms of safety.
- Provide expertise to perform HSE support to plant production operations, including local HSE Management System setup, Safety Assessments, management of local governmental processes regarding HSE aspects and HSE performance reporting (e.g., BAYSIS, Intelex).
- Support the implementation and monitoring of safety and environment regulations by carrying the documentation required by government institutions to ensure freedom to operate within the established legal framework (STPS, SEMARNAT, etc.).
