HSEQ Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a strong Safety Culture within the organization.
• Implement and ensure adherence to the Terminal’s and Impala’s HSEQ Policies, Procedures, and Frameworks across the organization, including visitors, contractors and collaborators.
• Embrace Corporate HSEQ requirements and guidelines as advised by Impala.
• Maintain IMAS System requirements and records and participate in IMAS audits.
• Ensure that new employees, visitors, and contractors visiting the company are aware of site hazards and that the same has been cascaded through a prerequisite Safety Induction.
• Maintain, and periodically assess the Terminal’s HSEQ systems, policies and procedures.
• Make recommendations and implement improvements as required.
• Ensure all Terminal HSE equipment and facilities (e.g. ESD system, firefighting and foam systems, etc.) are kept in good working condition by liaising with Maintenance and Operations...
