Job Responsibilities

• Lead and establish operation processes during the hub start-up phase.
• Track, monitor, and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer.
• Manage and hire staff, including subcontractors, part-time drivers, and riders.
• Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily bank-in.
• Coordinate operations between the hub, warehouse outbound, and linehaul.
• Collaborate with customer service to handle customer requests.
• Control inventory and ensure shipment safety to reduce missing or damaged parcels.
• Maintain the hub's adherence to the 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).

Requirements

• Legally permitted to work in Sabah / Sarawak, per state laws.
