Purpose of the job

To provide general day-to-day administration and co-ordination of ongoing Human Capital activities in line with policy, legislation, and people requirements.

Required outputs: Functional Provide a complete recruitment support including advertising, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks etc. Support the onboarding, induction and offboarding processes. Support human capital programme implementation. Provide support to line management in managing performance management processes.
