This role will lead efforts to redesign eligibility and benefits notices using human-centered design, plain language, accessibility, and language access principles to improve client understanding, engagement, and compliance. The consultant will work closely with policy, operational, legal, and technical teams to establish enterprise notice design standards and create reusable frameworks that improve the effectiveness of client communications across Medicaid and public assistance programs.
