Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and convert physical documents into digital records.
- Organise and maintain digital folders and document repositories.
- Assist in managing access control/door system records and purging outdated data.
- Handle daily administrative duties, prepare basic documentations, and support basic HR and operational functions
- Respond to staff inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
